Terms and conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Studio Patisserie website and participation in our baking courses. By booking a course, you accept these terms & conditions in full.

2. Course Bookings and Payment

  • All course bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made online via our website by credit card.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 3 days before the course date for a full refund.

  • All cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled course date are deemed non-refundable. For the comprehensive 5-day workshop and private classes, cancellations must be communicated at least 1 week prior to the course commencement in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Studio Patisserie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  • All baking class begins promptly on time to respect the time of all participants. In case of unforeseen delays, guest can join the class up to a maximum of 15 minutes after teh scheduled start time. Late entries are considered as no-shows and no refunds will be issued.  

 
4. Age Requirements

  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirements as specified for each course.

  • Children aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for the class.

  • Children below the age of 13 are welcome to our private classes

5. Course Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and follow the safety guidelines provided by Studio Patisserie.Studio Patisserie reserves the right to remove any participant from the course due to disruptive or unsafe behaviour, without a refund. 

6. Liability Waiver
Studio Patisserie is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the course.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

 
7. Intellectual Property
Course materials and recipes provided by Studio Patisserie are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our consent.

 

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
 

9. Amendments

Studio Patisserie reserves the right to update terms & conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
