The closest metro stations are Rome on line 2 and Villiers on line 3, making it easily accessible for our customers. Our studio provides a cozy and inspiring atmosphere for learning the art of patisserie, and is surrounded by the beauty and culture of Paris, adding to the overall experience of our classes.

What is the maximum number of participants per baking class?Our baking classes are designed for an intimate learning experience, with a maximum of 10 participants per class. Private classes can accommodate 1 to 10 participants, while the 5-day baking workshop has a maximum of 4 participants. This ensures that each student receives personalized attention and guidance from our expert instructors, allowing for a more immersive and hands-on learning experience.

Are baking ingredients and equipment provided?Absolutely! We provide all the necessary high-quality ingredients and equipment for each baking class, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable baking experience.

What is included in the 5 days baking class?The price you paid for the class includes all the materials used during the training. However, during the Paris tour, the price does not cover meals, drinks, or any personal purchases.

Are there any dress code or safety requirements in the baking class?For safety reasons, we recommend participants wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, long hair should be tied back during the class. For the Croissant baking class, please avoid wearing nail polish as the nail polish may crack and enter the dough. Our primary focus is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, so we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the age requirement for baking classes?The minimum age requirement is 16 years for croissant classes and 13 years for other classes. Participants aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult also registered for the class. We are happy to welcome children under the age of 13 in our private classes.

Do I need any prior baking experience?No prior baking experience is necessary. Our baking classes cater to various skill levels, accommodating beginners and more experienced bakers alike.

Will I take home what I bake?Absolutely! Participants are encouraged to take home their delectable creations. We provide convenient takeaway packaging for this purpose.

Specific dietary requirementsPlease inform us of any special dietary needs before booking. Failure to do so may prevent us from accommodating your needs without a refund for late notifications (within 24 hours of booking). If notified at least 72 hours before the class, we'll strive to meet your requirements. If we can't, we'll offer an alternative date or a full reimbursement. Please note, vegan diets can't be accommodated in regular classes, and dairy-free options are challenging due to our use of butter.

What if I'm late for my baking class?All baking classes begin promptly to respect the time of all participants. In case of unforeseen delays, you can join the class up to a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. However, please note that no refunds will be issued, and late entry will be treated as a no-show. We encourage timely arrival to fully enjoy and participate in the baking experience.

Can I take pictures and videos of my baking class experience?Certainly! Feel free to capture your experience through photos and videos, but kindly ensure the consent of other participants. Additionally, please be aware that Studio Pâtisserie retains the copyright for all images taken at our studio. Is there an opportunity to sit and enjoy what we've made?Certainly! Once you finish your baked goods, you are welcome to relax and savor them in our cozy studio. Any leftovers can be taken home to enjoy later.

Are there any prerequisites for advanced baking classes?For the Advanced Croissant & French pastries baking class, completion of the Croissant & French pastries baking class is a prerequisite to ensure participants have the foundational skills required. But if you have similar experiences taken elsewhere, you are also welcome to join this baking class.

What is the cancellation policy?For standard classes, cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. The 5-day workshop requires a week's notice for cancellations. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
